Closed loop technology refers to integrating the process parameters of on-line calibration into the process control system of stretch bottle blowing machine to form a closed production cycle process with the combination of automatic control and automatic adjustment. Intelligent machine control technology aims to improve the quality assurance system of bottle blowing machine. Through the use of agrpetwallplus monitoring system, various data of bottle embryo such as bottle wall thickness can be monitored. During operation, the data deviating from the rated value of the system will be recognized immediately, and this information will be transmitted to the control system of the bottle embryo heating unit of the bottle blowing machine in time. The control system will quickly reflect and independently control the rated value of each heating lamp in the heating furnace. Therefore, even if the data of each bottle embryo are different, the quality of the produced bottle is still stable and reliable under the condition that the initially set process parameters remain unchanged& nbsp;

One is that due to the continuous rise in the price of plastic raw materials, beverage enterprises are always thinking about how to reduce packaging costs to achieve profits, so they need to use advanced bottle blowing equipment to produce lighter bottles; Secondly, due to the rapid changes in the market, beverage manufacturers must respond flexibly to the increasingly short life cycle of beverages. Correspondingly, there are increasingly frequent product updates in the production of PET bottles, and the time of mold replacement needs to be reduced in the production process. These two urgent needs pose a big problem for bottle blowing equipment suppliers
