The use of the AgrPETWallplus monitoring system allows the monitoring of various data, such as bottle wall thicknesses. During the work, the data deviating from the system rating will be recognized immediately. This information will be transmitted to the control system of the preform heating unit in time. The control system will quickly reflect and independently control the rateing of the heating lamps in the heating zone. Therefore, even if the data of each preform is different, the quality of the produced bottle is still stable and reliable when the initially set process parameters remain unchanged.
