LD-AS Model one cavity fully automatic blow molding machine, its biggest feature is the separate heating and blow molding process. The machine control system is using man-machine interface, simple, convenient, fast, and high sensitive. The blowing speed of this series reaches the highest level of similar products in China. Electrical control system uses Japanese Omron PLC controller, and the pneumatic parts are all made of Italian UNIVER and British NORGREN.

The 6 cavity machine can reach a maximum of 8000 bottles/hour. High-pressure blowing part adopts Parker's large-flow electromagnetic valve from the USA. The machine adopts a six-plate structure, which speeds up the opening and closing of the mold and increases the output. To reduce noise and energy consumption, we use hydraulic clamping structure and improve machine stability and safety. The closing part adopts a machine hinged clamping structure, which has a large clamping force and a high speed. The machine can be set to manual or automatic mode by robot for preform handling & loading, preform take-in, and bottle take-out, available for customers to choose.

Intelligent computer control design makes the protection of the blowing machine in place. With a slight problem, the intelligent system will promptly give an alarm and automatically shut down; after the troubleshooting, it can be restarted. In the design and production process, the essence of the current domestic and foreign machinery models is consolidated, and on this basis, independent scientific and technological innovations are carried out to make the product's performance more advanced.
