New energy-saving advantages of automatic blow molding

Now we would like to introduce the features of the new AS series of energy-saving automatic blowing machine:

First the preform is transfered from the conveying device to the ring-shaped preheating zone, then taken out of it to the blow molding process, and then come out with the bottle. The preset program is controlled by PLC, to finish all the precesses by motor or robot.

The design structure includes a preform conveying device, an annular preheating zone, a control system, and a mold opening & closing system; it also includes a preform  positioning device, a preform loading robot, a preform take-in robot, and bottle take-out robot.

1. The production process is fully automated, and multiple machines can be combined at the same time into a fully automated production line. The entire production process eliminates the manual contact with preforms or finished bottles.

2. The replacement of the mold is quick and easy, and no need to adjust the thickness of the mold in the range of the corresponding tolerance.

3. It is suitable for blowing cold-filled plastic containers of 30 ml to 5 liters and hot-filled bottles.

4. According to different product needs it can be matched for the design of one cavity with one stretch cylinder, which can be adjusted individually using single-cavity with single-stretch Cylinder.

5. Each heating zone is provided with an independent temperature control section; the location and distance of the lamp and reflector in the heating zone can be adjusted according to the shape and size of the preform to achieve the best heating effect.

6. The preform heating is by the constant pressure infrared lamp to ensure the preform to be heated properly, stably, accurately, and is not affected by input voltage variations.

 7. The control system is equipped with an automatic feedback function; when an error occurs, the computer will make an alarm and display on the panel.
