New IML high-speed machine officially released

In February 2014, Link-Tech Machinery invested in the development of a two-cavity PET automatic machine with IML system, which was successful at the beginning of May 2014.
The machine has the following features:
1. The Molding and labeling are completed inside the mold at one time, saving manpower and production space.
2. Overcoming the softness of thin-walled pet containers, various problems that occur during printing and labeling are implemented. It reduces the second time pollution and costs caused by the production precess.
3. Breaking the traditional process, a unique production technology achieves automatic production.
4. Expressiveness is very rich. Beautiful labels are in close contact with consumers. Compared with tranditional late labeling, products are more high-ended and have  better anti-counterfeiting.
5. Taking a 500ml round bottle of 30 grams as an example, the molding cycle is about 7 seconds, and the production capacity is about 1100 per hour.
