Link-Tech DP1A blow molding machine features: 
The machine control system adopts man-machine interface, which is simple, convenient, fast, and sensitive. 
The control system uses an Omron controller. 
Pneumatic parts are used Italian UNIVER or British NORGREN. 
The temperature control system adopts the intelligent energy-saving control device independently developed by Link-Tech machinery and is equipped with German original Siemens SCR to ensure stable and reliable heating.
High-pressure blowing part adopts Parker's large-flow electromagnetic valve imported from the USA. 
The mold clamping adopts a mechanical toggle clamping structure, which has a large clamping force and a high speed. 
The machine can be set to manual mode or fully automatic mode with robots for preform handling & loading, and bottle take-out.
